This highlights the urgent need for organisations to prioritise mental health and wellbeing to sustain productivity and reduce financial strain.

I am a senior wellbeing and mental health consultant with over 20 years of experience supporting organisations across high-pressure, people-focused sectors. I help build mentally healthy, resilient workplaces by supporting leadership teams, developing psychologically safe cultures, and designing evidence-based wellbeing strategies.
